Biography
Born in Argentina, Inés Sedan is a painter, animator, and clarinetist. Her first short film, L’homme qui dort, won over 26 international awards, including the SBS Special Prize at the 2010 Cannes Festival.
Her second film, Moi, received the Best Animated Film award at the Underground Film Festival in New York. El Canto, her third film, was screened in competition at Hiroshima, Krok, Anima Mundi, and the Annecy Festival. Her latest short film, Love He Said, has been selected by more than 60 international festivals, including the Raindance Film Festival—qualifying for the Oscars®, BAFTA, and BIFA—as well as the Krakow Film Festival, the Annecy International Animation Film Festival, and the Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival, among others.
