Biography
After studying Applied Arts and earning a BTS in Visual Communication, he attended the 3D animation school Supinfocom. Following a brief stint in the video game industry, he spent a year in Madagascar, where he directed his first short film, Madagascar, carnet de voyage. The film won numerous awards and earned an Oscar nomination in 2011, leading to the ARTE-commissioned series Portraits de Voyages (2013).
His second short film, Cargo Cult, explored the cargo cult phenomenon during WWII in Melanesia, while his third film, Souvenir Souvenir, grew from his earlier projects. Alongside filmmaking, he remains active as a visual artist, working across various mediums.
