Biography
Born in Paris in 1994, Aliha Thalien earned a master's degree in Cinema after attending La Sorbonne university (Paris). She then went on graduating in Art at Beaux-Arts de Paris and at Fresnoy — national studio. With this background, she develops a practice bridging cinema, installation and sculpture around memory and language. Nos Îles is her first documentary short film.
